If you are wondering about God’s true character, then you must read “God on Trial – Have We Been Lied To? Is God a Killer?” The evidence from Jesus, the “true witness” (Revelation 3:14) is overwhelming.
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created (Revelation 4:11).
Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints (Revelation 15:3).
We are about to take you on a quest. Come with us to unearth a story of cosmic proportions. This is not fiction; it is real. It is a story of a Father, a Son, a mighty angel – the Father and Son’s consummate creation – and the human race. This is a tale of rebellion, betrayal, defamation, propaganda and even tragedy. But it is also a narrative of redemption, hope and the ultimate eradication of evil and death. This is the story of God, His Son Jesus Christ, the fallen angel Lucifer – and of you and me.
This is the ultimate “who done it” case. It is our hope that a comprehensive forensic analysis of the “crime scene” will provide the reader with an overall picture while answering some very specific questions, including the issue of pride. What emerges will shed great light on the characters of both God and Satan, and on the nature of Satan’s rebellion. Our aim is to exonerate God of all false accusations and lies His enemy has brought against Him, because the question is, have we been lied to? Is God a killer?

After reading this book, I believe it is probably the devil’s worst nightmare, as it exposes in amazing detail and clarity just how subtly, cleverly, cunningly and deviously he has led the whole world astray into attributing his own defining character trait to God. This exposition done by the authors of this book using only the Bible and the extraordinary insights given to Ellen J. White, leads one to conclude that the Holy Spirit has played a major role in the birthing of this book. I was thrilled to discover puzzling Scriptures come alive. They became pregnant with new meaning and made much more sense when considered in the complete new paradigm shift that God is not a God of reward and punishment. I had a marvellous “Aha” experience after completing the book as so many incompatible passages between the O/T and N/T, became logical and reasonable. A must read. The reward for doing so is an even more passionate and overwhelming love for our Creator and Redeemer God.
I don’t say this lightly, but Have You Been Lied To? by Denice and Ozzie Grant is a most inspirational and timely book. Out of the countless books I have read over the years this one is outstanding. It is thoughtfully written and well supported by Scripture. I recommend it to every seeker for truth. The astonishing cosmic conflict narrative presented is not fantasy but reality! The concepts outlined throughout the entire book relate to every single person on the planet. There’s not one person throughout history that has not in some way been impacted by the great controversy (the unseen spiritual war between good and evil). The very existence of sin, sickness, pain and death is sufficient evidence for this.
Grace Unlimited Ministries is a nonprofit 501 c3 organization entirely devoted to the ministry of bringing reconciliation between man and God by removing the lies we have believed about God, lies which promote the fear that keep us separated from Him. Jesus Christ alone has given, and is still giving us, the true revelation of God.
What does the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil represent? Why is it featured at the centre of the Garden of Eden, side by side with the Tree of Life? What does this mixture of “light” and “darkness” mean for you and I? This Tree is discussed in depth in two books: first in “The Demonization of God Unmasked,” and now in “Have You Been Lied To? God Is Not a Killer” and “God on Trial.”
